Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Ogemaw at their offices at 1250 S. M-33, P.O. Box 157, West Branch, Michigan 48661 for the following services:

Seasonal requirements for bituminous paving in place, Michigan Department of Transportation specifications 13-A Modified at various locations in Ogemaw County.  Bids must be clearly marked with the words “2011 Bituminous Paving Bid” and must also bear bidder’s name on the sealed envelope.  Bids will be accepted until 9:00 A.M. local time, on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All bids shall be sealed and must be submitted on Ogemaw County Road Commission forms.  Proposal blanks and estimated quantities may be obtained at the above office or from our website at www.ogemawcrc.org.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any defects or irregularities, and to make an award deemed, in their opinion, to be in the best interest of the Ogemaw County Road Commission.
