Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Ogemaw at their offices at 1250 S. M-33, P.O. Box 157, West Branch, Michigan 48661 until 9:00 a.m. local time, June 9, 2010, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the following:
One (1) Demo Trailer Mounted Spray Injection Road Repair Machine
Further specifications may be obtained from the Ogemaw County Road Commission website (www.ogemawcrc.org).
All bids must bear bidder's name and name of bid item plainly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope.
The Ogemaw County Board of Road Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or portion thereof as they deem to be in the best interest of the Ogemaw County Road Commission.
