Notice of Public Hearing
On September 11, 2024, at 9:30 A.M., at the offices of the Ogemaw County Road Commission, at 1250 S. M-33, West Branch, Michigan, a Public Hearing will be held at which time comments will be received pertaining to the proposed newly revised:
Adopt the CRA Statewide Schedule for Driveway, Transportation, and Utility Permit Fees, effective October 1, 2024. Pursuant to the Small Wireless Communication Facilities Deployment Act, MCL 460.1315.
Copies of the proposed Fee Schedule are available for review at the office of the Ogemaw County Road Commission and the website at www.ogemawcrc.org.
The hearing will be held at the office of the Ogemaw County Road Commission at 1250 S. M-33, West Branch, Michigan.
